Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete your data from ARTBIT, you have the following options:

• **Delete your account** — Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the Platform. This will permanently remove all your data.
• **Email request** — Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Connected social media account tokens and credentials
• Posts, drafts, and scheduled content created through the Platform
• Analytics data associated with your account
• Team memberships and related data

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or operational reasons, such as billing records or fraud prevention. Any retained data will be anonymized where possible and deleted within 90 days of your request.

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, deleting your data will also revoke all access tokens and remove any data obtained through Meta APIs. You can also remove app permissions directly from your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
