• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.1 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

4.2 Refunds

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or share through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, payment processors, analytics tools). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTBIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARTBIT and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable retention period.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification).

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARTBIT is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
